Team Ride Information
Wednesday Evening Hill Climb
Run from May through August, this ride leaves from the intersection of Wadsworth Blvd. and Deer Creek Canyon at 5:30 p.m. each Wednesday. Typically, the route goes up Deer Creek and High Grade to the old Pleasant Park School. Held during racing season, this is generally geared for serious climbing junkies. Not to worry though, everyone regroups at a pre-determined spot before heading back down. Due to the lack of shoulder on these roads the group is asked to ride single file at all times to avoid vehicle confrontations. Non-team members please print out the ACA standard waiver and sign to join the ride. A team representative will collect the signed waivers before the ride.

Weekend Rides
Saturday and Sunday, March through November at 9:00 a.m., and December through February at 10:00 a.m. Rides meet at Cafe Europa, 76 S Pennsylvania St. Denver. These rides vary in route. In March through September, expect the pace to be either a fast substitute for racing, or a mellow pre-race ride. Often there will be one group of each. Plan on being flexible or send an e-mail in advance for more information. During the fall and winter, expect the pace to be ridden at winter training rate; approximately 17 -20 m.p.h. on average. In January and February, these rides can be very long (4-6 hours), though there is usually a group that turns around early when that happens. Non-team members please print out the ACA standard waiver and sign to join the ride. A team representative will collect the signed waivers before the ride.
